| Our Shipping Policy:
At this time, Floor Protection Resources ships products to the US only. We do not ship orders overseas. The risk of
loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you, once the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, and your shipping zipcode. There is a shipping estimate available, when you add products to your cart. Please keep in mind that expedited orders, and orders to Hawaii and Alaska are not available online. Please call us, and we can give you a quote.
All Orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground. Shipping generally takes 2-7 working days for you to receive your order. Floor Protection Resources tries to
keep all merchandise in-stock, however there are occasions when items may become back-ordered. If an item is expected to be on backorder for longer then 7 business
days we will contact you to see if you want to leave the items on backorder.
Our Return Policy:
You must Contact Us, so we can issue you a return merchandise authorization number.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns, and shipping costs are not reimbursed. Merchandise must be in unused condition, and in it's original packing.
When returning items, you are responsible for products becoming damaged during shipping, so remember to pack all items with the proper amount of peanuts / paper. This means that if the package in shipping back to us, it will not be accpeted for a return. You must contact the shipper to file a claim. |
