| Our Shipping Policy:
At this time, Floor Protection Resources ships products to the Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada only. Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian orders must be called in, the website will not allow you to order. For safety reasons, we do not allow orders to be picked up from our warehouse. The risk of
loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you, once the merchandise is delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the products, and the state you are shipping to. There is a shipping estimate available, when you add products to your cart. Please keep in mind that expedited orders, and orders to Hawaii and Alaska are not available online. Please call us, and we can give you a quote.
Most orders are shipped via Fedex Ground. Shipping generally takes 2-7 working days for you to receive your order. Floor Protection Resources tries to
keep all merchandise in-stock, however there are occasions when items may become back-ordered. If an item is expected to be on backorder for longer then 7 business
days we will contact you to see if you want to leave the items on backorder.
Our Return Policy:
You must Contact Us, so we can issue you a return merchandise authorization number.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns, and shipping costs are not reimbursed. Merchandise must be in new / unused condition, and in it's original packing.
When returning items, you are responsible for products becoming damaged during shipping, so remember to pack all items with the proper amount of peanuts / paper. This means that if the package is damaged when shipping back to us, it will not be accepted for a return. You must contact the shipper to file a claim. |
